Lucas was an absolute rockstar! we were initially not approved for our mortgage loan without crazy money down and other stipulatuons. our builder suggested Lucas so I gave him a call. it took only until the next morning to approve us and start our new build stipulations. he made everything easy, and understandable. explained everything, how the process would go, and what all I needed to do. while the house was being built. he got me great loan options and even got my home owners insurance reduced from our previous mortgage insurance company by almost half. everything worked out great and he went above and beyond to deal with my 500 questions and non stop text and phone calls. I was "that guy" that wouldn't leave him alone. he answered his phone calls and texts very quickly and stayed on me about my responsibilities. needless to say Lucas is the man and I wont even attempt to go through anyone else on our next home. I think so highly of him that we are even inviting him to our house warming party
